For sale is this wonderful Victorian 18 K yellow gold photo locket covered with a lily's of the valley. The front is decorated with four small but beautiful seed pearl set in a floral formation. The pearls are the flower heads, while fine engravings are the stems and greenish gold leafs make the whole marvellous. It has one gold frame which can be used to keep your favorire picture in place. This antique pendant was most likely made in France or Belgium during the late 19th century. In this period Queen Victoria lost her beloved King Albert, therefore mourning jewellery became more popular in this period. Because of this, a locket like this one, is a traditionally loving gift to love, honour and remember a loved one. This dainty locket is in good condition considering its age. It has a few small dents on the front and back, as clearly visible in the pictures and short movie.
