New in our shop is this beautiful gold open-work cross pendant. The open work is stunning in combination with the diamonds and mille grains. These mille grains ensure that this 18k gold shines as hard as the diamonds used in this pendant. The eighteen diamonds in this jewel all more or less the same size. They combine for 0.09 ct and are all single cut
